Privacy policy

Your privacy matters, on this website and in therapy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it’s used. It covers the website only. Your therapy records are protected separately under HIPAA, and you’ll receive a Notice of Privacy Practices when you begin services.
The short version
- This website does not use cookies or local storage.
- There are no ads, tracking pixels, or retargeting tools.
- This website does not collect or store health information.
- We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Information you send us
Contact form. The contact form is provided by SimplePractice, a secure practice-management platform that signs a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Information you submit goes directly to SimplePractice and is used only to respond to you. Please don’t include health details in the form.
Email. If you email shelby@seventhhc.com, your message is received through our email provider. Standard email is not a fully secure channel, so please avoid sending sensitive health information by email.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It reports only aggregate information, such as page views, referring sites, and general device type.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser. Because there is nothing to opt out of, you won’t see a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are used. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by default, because we don’t track.
Third-party links
This site links to other websites, such as Psychology Today and crisis resources. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
Seventh House Counseling serves adults. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
